Title 9 waited over 6 months to bill me for a shirt I ordered in a store. I thought the bill was paid.

Then, they email saying they made a mistake and were going to charge me. They offered zero in the way of coupons or anything to say they were sorry for their error. They've lost a customer in me and I'm telling my friends how unprofessional they were. Would a couple of 50% off coupons have hurt them?

No.

In fact, they wouldn't have lost money and they would have retained a customer. Not smart.
